  15. <p>     ARRESTED. Robert Jeffrey Lujan, 28, maintenance worker and
  16. son of Interior Secretary Manuel Lujan; for rape; in
  17. Alexandria, Va. Police said a woman charged that the younger
  18. Lujan, armed with a shotgun, broke into her apartment last week
  19. in the same building where he and his parents live, and raped
  20. her. A judge in Alexandria ordered Lujan, who denied the
  21. allegation, to be held without bail.
